What do you do with my images?

A common concern from women interested in doing a Boudoir Session is . . .  “Will my images be shared or posted online?”

This is a very valid & important question to ask. Especially since Photographers own the rights to their images by law.

While I cannot speak for other Boudoir Photographers, at ElleMarie & Co. our strict Privacy Policy is that your images are kept 100% completely private unless you have given written consent

To ensure absolute privacy, our internet connection, computers and hard drives in the studio are all password protected & secure. Our retouching team has taken the same measures and we use a secure source to exchange files back and forth for the retouching services.

We have had clients who are CEOs, Politicians, Teachers, Celebrities, & others with prominent jobs in the spotlight or jobs where the privacy of this type of photoshoot is of the greatest importance. If this is you, please rest assured that your images will be kept 100% private.

Of course, if that doesn't apply to you, once you see your gorgeous images, you’re going to be so confident and proud, you may want to share them with the world, like many of my other clients!! Every picture you see on my website, my social media, or in our studio is of a client, not a model, that has given me written permission to use their images.

There is absolutely NO pressure to sign a release. Grace will usually ask at your reveal session to see if there are any images you don’t mind me sharing! This allows us to show other women, just like you, that this is the experience of a lifetime and through your images they gain the courage to step outside their comfort zone and start to discover self love again through their shoot. It’s a domino effect!

You can keep your images 100% private, you can share select ones, you can share ones that are anonymous where you can’t tell your identity, or you can share them all! It’s completely up to you! But rest assured, your comfort and privacy is of the utmost importance and will be completely respected.

P.S. Make sure when looking for a Boudoir Photographer you ask about their Privacy Policy if this is something important to you!
