How to keep your shoot a SURPRISE?

Keeping your epic "BEST GIFT EVER" a surprise for your significant other, can sometimes be a challenge. Here are the Top 5 ways that will explain where you are and why you have your hair and makeup looking glam!

1. Sephora Makeover At The Mall

No joke, Sephora does these makeover days where they take random customers and do a tutorial in the middle of the store. You can say you went in to get {favorite product}, got asked if you wanted your makeup done and decided to go for it.

2. Supporting A Friend

Do you have a friend, friend of a friend, or know somebody that is a makeup artist, hair stylist, or photographer? A lot of hobby artists or people just starting out need practice so they round up their friends or do a model call to get people in. If you don't know anyone you could say it was an Instagram model call for everyday women.

3. Girls Day

You and your girlfriends or sisters or cousins etc. decided to have a girls day where you get pampered...some men will stop listening at this point..

4. Makeup Trial (Bridal or Events Coming Up)

This is the PERFECT go to for Brides... You can just say you were having a hair and makeup trial with your hair stylist and makeup artist. Even if you are not a bride you can say it was a trial for any special event you may have coming up... someone's graduation, a birthday party, holiday event, charity event, someone's wedding.. etc

5. Please Don't Ask

If you really don't want to give a little white lie or don't think any of those would be believable for you. Some of my clients simply say "It's a surprise for you, please don't ask me anymore questions, I don't want to ruin the surprise. You'll find out on (your birthday, or anniversary, or date you are gifting it).

Even if these tips don’t work in the end and he snoops until he finds out, the pictures will be a complete surprise and his jaw will most definitely drop!
