Choosing outfits is a very important part of your Boudoir Shoot and will define the style of your shoot. But choosing which cuts and styles that are most flattering for YOU can be very overwhelming & frustrating. Believe me, I felt that way too before I learned the following tips on how to choose lingerie for your body type!

Even if you aren’t ready to do a Boudoir Shoot, these are great tips for picking lingerie for a sexy date night or just because!

First, always pick styles/outfits that reflect YOU! If lingerie isn’t you, maybe the “girl next door” look is more your style, but of course you can mix and match styles & looks in your shoot too!

Second, always make sure you pick outfits that flatter your body type!

Bodysuits, off the shoulder sweaters, corsets, or robes are fantastic for women who aren’t comfortable with their stomach area.
Thigh High Stockings and Stilettos are great for those who want to slim their legs.
If your bum is an area you aren’t comfortable with, you may lean towards covering it up! This is actually the opposite of what you want! Cute cheeky panties actually make a bum look much better than covering it up!
